Once the commission has been confirmed, invoice will be sent from either PayPal or Stripe. All payments are in USD.

Full or half payment is required before I start the commission.

Rush fees: 25% of the commission price. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.

Extra fees: 5% to 25% of the commission price. I have the right to charge extra fees if your character is highly detailed. Please discuss with me for a price quote if you want to add extra variations.

I am allowed to decline any commission requests.

You must credit me when you post the commissioned work in public.

Unless otherwise discussed, I can post/use the commission artworks on social media or on my portfolio sites.

I am confident with: human characters, girls, feminine colors, portraits, and character designs.

I will not draw mecha/robots, extreme NSFW, gore, or offensive themes.

NSFW and furry themes will cost more. (+50% of original price)

Illustrations: Clients are eligible for a refund before the start of the sketching process.

Vtuber Models: In order to secure a slot, at least 50% of the payment must be paid upfront. This acts as a deposit and will be non-refundable.

In case of cancellation after you have fully paid upfront, 50% of the payment will be refunded during the sketching process.

During the rendering process, clients are not eligible for a refund.

If the client wishes to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).

I will not work on flat illustrations or PNGs.

If you are unsure, I can review your PSD file to see what needs to be modified.

For rendering, I can only modify the layers that the PSD file already has.

I have the rights to post and use the designs in my portfolio or on social media for promotion.

Please credit my twitter handle (@kazydraws) as the artist.

Please refrain from drawing over my original artwork, which includes tracing, recoloring, or modifying it. New art must be made.

You may redesign the outfit, details, hair, color palette as long as the original design is still recognizable.

Selling/Trading: You may sell or trade the adoptable for a price equal to or less than your original purchase price from me. Please tell me the new owner if you decide to sell or trade.

Commercial Use: Commercial fees are twice the original price. You are permitted to use your owned design in any manner you see fit.

Adoptables are non-refundable.

I only accept Paypal and USD. Paypal invoice will be sent to you if you decide to purchase.

Maximum duration for payment plan is 3 months.

If payment is not completed, refunds will not be issued, and the rights to the adoptable will not be transferred to you.

You will not own the adoptable until you have made full payment.

Payment Schedule: Monthly installments of the agreed amount can be made through Paypal invoice. The first payment is due on the date you receive your invoice. Subsequent payments are due on the first week of each month until the balance is paid in full.

Non-Refundable Deposit: First 2 months worth of balance will act as deposit and will be non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Late Payments: If payment is not received within one week of the due date, a late fee of $50 USD will be added to the next installment.

Cancellation: All payments are non-refundable if the client cancels the commission after rendering process has begun. [Process stages: Sketch, Color, Rendering, Cutting]

Ownership: The artist has full ownership of the model until the final payment is made. Upon full payment, the client will receive the ownership as agreed upon in the commission agreement.

Confidentiality Clause: Both parties are to keep the details of the payment plan and any associated personal information confidential.
