Once your commission is confirmed, an invoice will be issued via PayPal. You may pay via PayPal, Wise, or Stripe.

All payments are in USD.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your slot and begin the sketch.

I accept full payment or payment plans.

Rush fee: +25% of the commission price (may vary by timeframe and project)

Complexity fee: +5% to +25% for highly detailed characters.

Please ask for a quote if you’d like extra versions or complex additions.

I have the right to decline any commission request.

You must credit me when posting the artwork publicly.

Unless otherwise agreed, I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media and portfolio.

Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Vtuber models have commercial fees already included)

I will not draw mecha/robots, extreme NSFW, gore, or offensive themes.

NSFW variants available for an extra fee. (+50% of original price)

Do not use my art to train AI or put it into AI datasets.

Do not edit, trace or “enhance” my work with AI tools.

Do not claim my art was created by AI.

If the client wishes to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).

I will not work on flat illustrations or PNGs.

If you are unsure, I can review your PSD file to see what needs to be modified.

For rendering, I can only modify the layers that the PSD file already has.

I have the rights to post and use the designs in my portfolio or on social media for promotion.

Please credit my twitter handle (@kazydraws) as the artist.

Please refrain from drawing over my original artwork, which includes tracing, recoloring, or modifying it. New art must be made.

You may redesign the outfit, details, hair, color palette as long as the original design is still recognizable.

Selling/Trading: You may sell or trade the adoptable for a price equal to or less than your original purchase price from me. Please tell me the new owner if you decide to sell or trade.

Commercial Use: Commercial fees are twice the original price. You are permitted to use your owned design in any manner you see fit.

Adoptables are non-refundable.

I only accept Paypal and USD. Paypal invoice will be sent to you if you decide to purchase.

Maximum duration for payment plan is 3 months.

If payment is not completed, refunds will not be issued, and the rights to the adoptable will not be transferred to you.

You will not own the adoptable until you have made full payment.

Payment Schedule: Monthly installments of the agreed amount can be made through Paypal invoice. The first payment is due on the date you receive your invoice. Subsequent payments are due on the first week of each month until the balance is paid in full.

Non-Refundable Deposit: First 2 months worth of balance will act as deposit and will be non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Late Payments: If payment is not received within one week of the due date, a late fee of $50 USD will be added to the next installment.

Cancellation: All payments are non-refundable if the client cancels the commission after rendering process has begun. [Process stages: Sketch, Color, Rendering, Cutting]

Ownership: The artist has full ownership of the model until the final payment is made. Upon full payment, the client will receive the ownership as agreed upon in the commission agreement.

Confidentiality Clause: Both parties are to keep the details of the payment plan and any associated personal information confidential.
